When Chesapeake Bridge Construction Gets Off the Ground – News and Preview

The construction of the Chesapeake bridge between Hampton Roads and Virginia Beach is moving forward.

Construction crews have started the first section of the bridge today, and the construction is expected to take two weeks to complete.

The bridge will be connected to the Norfolk Southern Railroad, and it is expected that it will open to traffic in 2019.

The Chesapeake was the last bridge to open in Virginia in 2021.

Construction of the $4.5 billion bridge has already begun.

Construction began in the fall of 2017, and there are approximately 3,000 workers employed.

The Norfolk Southern Railway will provide a number of bridges for Virginia, Virginia Beach, and Virginia.

The project is expected cost about $3 billion.

The Virginia Beach project is being financed with a $3.5-billion bond issued by the state.

Construction of the Virginia Beach bridge was expected to begin in 2019, but the date has been pushed back to 2019.
